As VP of Marketing, Promotional Planning & Business Development, I led a variety of businesses including Private Brand, Payment Solutions and H&W. I earned recognition by the Path to Purchase Institute to the Women in Excellence in Shopper Marketing.My move to PetSmart to lead the Proprietary Brands Portfolio was a perfect blend of my brand foundation and my retail knowledge. During my tenure, I delivered incremental topline growth which outpaced national brands, grew gross margin and increased Proprietary Brands penetration. I led a portfolio of 20 brands and 15,000+ skus. Under my leadership, I added 5 new brands expanding our presence across business segments and delivering real consumer value.Today, I'm rolling up my sleeves working on a start-up Craft Brewery.
