Working on the Advanced Analytics team in risk to develop and implement current expected credit loss (CECL/IFRS 9) models for our global retail and wholesale portfolio.

Manage the US Ag Installment and Lease portfolio, monitoring and managing risk, working with business partners to make the best decisions to provide our customers fast, easy access to credit.

Provides and presents information regarding the market situation, market outlook, and market trends to management. Prepares and forecasts figures for the strategic planning processes. Quantifies growth potential to meet profitability goals. Effectively communicates to management information regarding market situations and outlooks. Develops and manages research projects based on communicated concepts and goals. Manages projects with multiple discipline impact.

Responsible for managing risk for the Canadian Construction and Forestry portfolio. Also manage all of Collections and Recovery from a risk perspective. Build behavior scorecards, analyze portfolio level risk, and report to senior managment on areas of concern. Work with Operations to develop strategies to leverage scorecards and perform deep dives to understand drivers of change in a portfolio.

Manage projects related to the development and implementation of scoring systems that may include application of statistical methodologies. Manage complex data issues and uses statistical methodologies to analyze risk related data. Report and communicate technically related information and measures relating to portfolio quality to management. Collaborate with operations to implement changes to underwriting credit policies and guidelines. Make recommendations for changes to decision tools to improve scorecard and policies. Responsible for risk from a collections and recovery perspective.

Teach introductory statistics and mathematics courses to college students.
