Project Lead CommunicationEngie Factory Asia-Pacific May 2019 - May 2023SingaporeWorking with incredibly intelligent colleagues, I found myself expanding each day. Everyday was an opportunity to innovate and create. Applying strategies and concepts adopted from experience and university, my team and I spearheaded the creation of communication systems within and between ENGIE Factory, ENGIE Global and the startups that we were working with. These were driven by creating human-centric communication experiences with user-friendly visual design collaterals -- tapping on technology to seamlessly integrate mass-communication into daily routines. -
StudentNanyang Technological University Aug 2017 - Feb 2021Each semester, I find modules that are aligned with my current obsessions. This semester is all about technology and human relationship. Moving through (and ending) the digital era, I'm drawn to how old, new and future technologies impact the way we communicate and form human relationships. I'm fascinated with how technology is helping us evolve -- from simple chatbot solutions to grand climate overhaul and rejuvenation services. -
Management ConsultingAccenture Jan 2020 - Jul 2020SingaporeIt was a whirlwind of an journey; it took me from the department of Digital to that of Heath & Public Sector, playing different roles from researching to workshop hosting to presenting to clients. Guided and moulded by active mentors, I supported key projects on Digital Transformation, Change Management and Business Strategy. -
Public Relations InternGloopr Pte Ltd, Singapore Nov 2018 - Dec 2018Albeit a short stint, it was jam-packed with knowledge acquisition and events leading up to the end of year. Guided by industry experts, I was pushed to explore the boundaries of PR in technology. Working with clients from GovTech, Schneider Electric, Razor and Nokia, I was exposed to the necessity and evolution of PR in the age of digital transformation. I had the privilege to organise and manage events for Mogul.sg and Garmin while co-writing the press releases for them. Dappling in the different roles of a PR agency, I was able to optimise and develop new systems for media monitoring, information processing, and delivery tracking.

Financial Consultant InternAdvisors Alliance Group May 2018 - Jul 2018SingaporeI've always admired the finance industry -- dressed in their suits and business wear, there was a certain allure to them. Wanting a foot in, I opted for an internship that allowed me to study the market while being flexible in its progression. So, I studied and aced all required Financial Examination papers (M5, M9, M9A) to be slightly more fluent in the dynamics of the finance industry. -
Operations ManagerGrain Aug 2016 - Aug 2017SingaporeGrain was my springboard into the startup arena. It unleashed this insatiable hunger for change. As a young, fresh-out-of-school 18 year old, I was looking for mentors to push me, to guide me and to create impact together. From a fast learning intern to a full-time operations associate, I was trained to lead a customer service team and manage a delivery fleet of more than 40 personnels. And on the backend, I was constantly researching to improve the processes such as pay grades and schemes to be market competitive. Growing as fast as Grain was, I pioneered two new delivery hubs in International Business Park and Fusionopolis. Partnering with the design and marketing team, we curated pop-up publicity campaigns where I managed operations and manpower for the events. -
Veterinarian NurseThe Pet Doctors Veterinary Clinic May 2016 - Aug 2016SingaporeFuelled by my childhood passion for animals and a gap year, I hopped on the first chance I got to work with animals. Graciously trained first-hand by revered veterinarians, I was treated like any other healthcare professional with ethics and codes of conduct to adhere to. Learning the ropes, I worked the front end administering drugs, injections and drawing blood from animals. While observing surgeries, I was taught to prepare the surgical theatre and monitor animals before, during and after surgeries too. The greatest takeaway from this stint was empathy - for animals, for their owners, for healthcare professionals and for myself. Veterinarians have the highest suicide rate. Learning that a bit of compassion goes a long way has served myself and the people, animals, environment and inanimate objects that I cross paths with, a lot more humanity.
