What I do: I'm an award-winning public relations and communications expert who has spent more than 20 years promoting and protecting the reputations of some of the world's most-loved brands. Some of my accomplishments include managing responses to high-profile issues that both minimized reputation damage and helped create greater brand loyalty; establishing a brand journalism/content management strategy that successfully engaged target audiences; and planning campaigns that help change conversations among key stakeholders. How I work: I’m known for my creativity and ability to manage projects from concept to measurement. I understand how internal and external communications should support business objectives, and have helped do that across numerous disciplines and industries. Mentoring budding communications professionals is a passion of mine, and is something I'm particularly proud of.
