I worked as a material handler in the picking department of the Ward's Natural Science warehouse at VWR International. I picked products for orders to be sent for packing to ensure that customers received their orders in a timely fashion. I also worked in various other departments, such as international, publisher, inventory control, and packing.

I did an internship in the language services department which coordinates translation and interpretation services. I set up and coordinated appointments for interpreters using an online scheduling system. I called interpreters and customers daily to inform them of upcoming appointments and settle any disputes or misunterstandings. I also assisted with various office duties (filing, copying, scanning, organizing, etc.).
