I practice in the areas of local government, litigation and land use. In my local government law practice, I serve as counsel to a wide variety of local government entities, including municipal, school district, community development district and an interlocal government. I advise boards, draft ordinances, and review agreements for various local governments. I also represent private clients in all aspects of the permitting and development process. My litigation practice includes businesses disputes, trust and estate disputes, title defect claims, employment disputes, and construction related controversies. I represent individuals, developers, builders, retail stores, non-profit organizations, title companies, and other businesses. I handle a variety of matters, including breach of contract, business torts, real estate disputes, lien foreclosure actions, claims of undue influence, and mortgage foreclosure matters.
