Insanity Live (HIIT): is a group-focused cardio-conditioning and total-body strength-training class. As an instructor, I help people of all fitness levels get in the best shape of their lives by creating a strong community of support, camaraderie, and body-transforming breakthroughs. Class can be 55, 45, or 30 minutes.Boot Camp: design indoor and outdoor boot camp interval training (with or without equipment) depending on participant interest. All designs build on cardio, strength, and agility. Utilize drills and formats that motivate and progress or regress moves based on a varied group of participant skills. Class can be 45 or 30 minutes.Water/Aqua Fitness: fast paced class geared to improved the cardiovascular and strength through intense water resistance (shallow & deep).Tabata: comprehensive total body workouts that focus on lower body, upper body, and core providing both cardio and strength. Class can be 45 or 30 minutesCardio Kickboxing: use boxing movements to build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories. Total Body Conditioning: incorporate strength and cardio segments using body weight or equipment such as dumbbells, body bars, steps, stability balls, Terra-Cores, and bands/tubes for a total body workout.Stretch & Balance: utilize stretching to gently increase the range of motion through joints and challenge balance while strengthening the large muscle groups of the lower body.Seated/Standing Fitness: combined seated and standing based exercises designed to develop cardio fitness, muscular strength, and flexibility workouts.
