•Contributed to the planning and preparation of monthly PFAC meetings by developing the agenda and sending out minutes and evaluations. •Participated with a diverse group of people by operating the loading dock and distributing 30-100 purchased items daily to various departments within the hospital. Then submitted received items into McLaren’s database.•Loaded crash carts with defibrillators, cardiac support drugs, first line drugs, and filled IV carts and Omnicells.

•Planned and directed a recruitment program for 300 new members. Administrated and coordinated formal recruitment week, recruitment retreats, two workshops, a work week, and eight recruitment ceremonies.•Trained 70 members a dynamic recruitment system and ensured that the chapter remained competitive in membership numbers, and then chose new members that would uphold the morals and values of the chapter.•Contributed to all executive team members’ projects and completed reports monthly for national officers.•Improved our retention rate from 92% to 100% and earned an award for “Improved Recruitment Strength”.
