Monitored production schedules and resolved conflicts to ensure schedules were met.

Managed nation-wide recruitment advertising efforts for entry-level mission critical occupations such as Border Patrol Agents and Deportation Officers. Developed annual marketing plans and budgets. Served as the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) for the INS's $9 Million Advertising and Public Information Services contract. Managed advertising agency activities during all phases of advertising campaigns, marketing material development, and brand awareness media placement. Traveled to field offices to coordinate photoshoots and focus group research sessions. Assisted field recruiters in their efforts to develop, execute, market, and advertise agency jobs within their local regions.

Managed and executed advertising initiatives for the NAVY'S General Officer recruitment advertising program. Coordinated the development of specific collateral materials from the point of creation to the final printed product – editing all material, gathering appropriate photos, reviewing and approving art mechanicals and sharing final proofs with senior managers.
