• Provide assistance to staff, managers, and senior-level officers as needed• Create, prepare, and deliver reports to various departments• Receive and forward communications to different staff and departments• Organize meetings and meeting schedules for each department• Perform clerical duties, such as filing, faxing, answering phone calls, and responding to emails• Work with accounting departments to process invoices, make payments, and track receipts

• Act as key point of contact for all third parties, filtering information as needed to the artist manager and often acting as a central point for third parties to communicate/exchange information: record labels/publishers/agents/lawyers/business managers etc.• Efficient daily communication and information flow with artist ensuring confidentiality and discretion at all times.• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, arrange conference calls and travel, coordinate team meetings, order supplies, screen visitors, receive mail and answer phones
