Leveraging two decades of advising on branding, marketing, and communications strategies across various industries, Marisa founded Longevity Communications in 2024 to empower and support brands and organizations in building and sharing their stories of sustainability and CSR impact.

As senior vice president, Marisa served as part of the executive team and oversaw a portfolio of clients in the cleantech, clean energy, built environment, and sustainability sectors.

Provided leadership and mentorship to the Inspire team, guided agency operations and client management and worked to expand Inspire’s portfolio and services. Led agency practice in clean energy, sustainability and social impact communications, including campaigns for a variety of associations and organizations including the Clean Energy Buyers Association (CEBA), the American Biogas Council, and the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). Also lled clients in the real estate, education, agriculture/food, finance, government and non-profit sectors.

Oversaw development and implementation of global communications strategy for $50 million+ environmental non-profit with more than 12,000 member companies and presence in more than 170 countries.Responsible for developing and maintaining USGBC’s voice in the marketplace, serving as spokesperson and creating overarching and consistent messaging for all campaigns; provided strategic guidance to CEO and senior leadership; managed multiple staff and consultants.Led team responsible for all media relations, external and internal communications, public affairs, social media, multimedia and public relations and external/internal stakeholder strategies for USGBC and its sister organization, Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI). This included all brands and programs, most notably LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), the world’s most widely used green building rating program.

Served as a vice president, successfully implementing numerous creative and strategic PR campaigns and unique partnerships that resulted in top-tier media placements and supported customer traffic and sales for a variety of high-profile real estate clients. Quinn & Co. is a mid-sized PR firm specializing in Real Estate, Travel, Hospitality and Food, Wine & Spirits. Created and launched successful campaigns to support the sales opening and market launch of dozens of residential developments, working with top NYC real estate developers, architects and brands including the Albanese Organization, TF Cornerstone, Glenwood Management, JD Carlisle Development Corp. the U.S. division of Barcelona-based Espais, Extell Development Company, Stillman Development, Gruzen Samton Architects (now IBI), Pei Partnership Architects, Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects, St. Regis, Ritz Carlton and more.
