Represent parents in dependency cases against the County of San Diego Health & Human Services Agency. Represent clients at jurisdictional and dispositional bench trials, interim hearings, and termination of parental rights hearings. Case management to include settlement negotiations, client assistance, motions, subpoenas, writs, and appeals.

Represented consumers in lemon law claims against vehicle manufacturers. Responsible for all aspects of case management including drafting and filing complaints, discovery, law and motion, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.

The Los Angeles Dependency Lawyers, Inc. provides legal representation to indigent parents in dependency actions. Carried a caseload of over 185 clients, representing them in all aspects of dependency litigation, from initial hearings through trial and the reunification process.

Conducted research and drafted memoranda on complex issuing matters; assisted division chief during legislative transition; composed case summaries and letters in parole matters, keeping in contact with victims and relatives; handled evidentiary hearings in a wide array of parole and probation revocations.
