Drove marketing projects from the briefing stage through to distribution by building timelines and keeping working team informed. Opened and tracked all new digital Ad’s and print collateral in WorkFront (previously Filemaker) and kept up-to-date notes throughout the lifecycle of a project. Ensured jobs ran smoothly to meet any regulatory timelines and print production timelines. Set-up project kick-off meetings and establishing project timelines and allocated resources. Worked closely with designers, writers and other stakeholders providing hands on support with making edits on marketing pieces, thoroughly examining files for spelling and grammar errors before forwarding to the printer. Supervised and scheduled freelance and full-time production artists and proofreaders. Oversaw quality control and managed timesheets for client billing. Able to manage capacity for all projects and onboard efficient production artist to produce accurate work. Managed the studio white board, optimizing workflow by resource planning and process control. This resulted in a better connection with all team members. It enabled me to form a successful work plan for the current day and the upcoming work week. Most importantly, top priorities were flagged and urgent deliverables for that day were identified. It was also the ideal time to solve problems and highlight any impediments.
