As the Research Driector, I oversaw operations for the Call Center, Mall offices (we had seven across the Southeastern US) and the Client Services Department. I was responsible for making certain all projects were executed according to spec, that the staff were properly trained and managed and that company protocols were followed precisely.In addition, I completed estimates for potential research projects, communicated with clients regarding project status, issues, etc and put togehter invoices.
