CurrentAs the Marketing Content Team leader, I lead the company's communications team in planning, writing and managing the development and distribution of all B2B customer-facing content:✦ Devise strategic and integrated marketing plans to position Arch MI as a leader within the industry and larger financial community✦ Author interviews and Op-eds on for trade and business media to signal company positions on fast-evolving financial industry regulations and issues✦ Edit and manage the production of financial thought leadership pieces for both Arch MI and Arch Capital Services✦ Write, place and promote content articles and sponsored stories to support marketing campaigns, in trade and national media✦ Consult to stakeholder executives on messaging strategy to script and place FAQs, press releases, customer statements, employee briefs and sensitive communications on a wide range of topics: launches of and changes to products and services, responses to GSE policy statements, regulatory requirements, financial ratings releases, Board presentations, reengineering plans, company acquisitions and transitions to new entity✦ Plan and manage company’s social media efforts on LinkedIn and Twitter; compose blogposts for these platforms and others to promote Sales, Product and Executive Leadership stories'✦ Write radio, video and podcast scripts for executive interviews, advertising, product launches, corporate communications, sales events and customer experience initiatives✦ Develop and present national and regional marketing strategy and conceptualize specific campaigns in alignment with sales plan and organizational directives✦ Supervise creation and deployment of marketing materials to support products and services across all channels and platforms, in cooperation with Sales Operations, Mortgage Insurance Operations, Field and Corporate Underwriting, and Product Development
