Having served as the Head of People & Culture (CHRO) at OYM AG in Switzerland most recently, I draw on my extensive background in athlete management, communication, and leadership roles with renowned entities like Infront Sports & Media, Red Bull, the Wings for Life World Run, SCC EVENTS, Berlin-Marathon and the World Marathon Majors. As a former athletes agent who worked closely with world-class track & field athletes, I know what it takes to be successful and driven. With an economics and sports management foundation, I bring a unique blend of expertise to my coaching practice. Formerly a management consultant specializing in diversity, change management, and leadership development, I am committed to assisting people and teams in unleashing their full potential.
