In my role as Director of Patient Services, I manage relationships and business practices for customers in the mid-America region as they make use of our infrastructure network. I leverage my experience in management to find and capitalize on strategic areas for development, ensuring consistency in everything we do. My background in medical technology and reference lab work helps me navigate the technical components of our care networks and maintain compliance while empowering providers across 300+ patient service centers to administer care to those in need.
