As a member of CCAN's Executive Leadership team, I am responsible for full-cycle human resources, performance evaluation and professional development processes, organizational systems, and leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives for a regional non-profit with 25 FTE.

Developed a national program for deeper engagement, volunteer leadership development, and electoral engagement of NARAL’s 2.5 million members.Hired, onboarded, and managed the Organizing department, growing from three to 18 staff with several layers of management, plus a ten-member part-time phone team.Managed the transition to an entirely virtual organizing model for 2020, including volunteer training, community building, and voter contact.

Created and managed offline organizing program for natinal PAC with 1 million active members in all 50 states. Oversaw relaunch of DFA's Campaign Academy training program, including curriculum updates, organizing manual, and budget and logistics for six trainings in 2018.Led development of member-led voter contact program to mobilize get-out-the-vote organizing throughout the 2018 primary season to ensure victories for progressive champions.

As Program Director, I expanded URGE's Field program to include three State Organizers who worked in priority states to train and support student leaders working for reproductive justice on their college campuses. I managed URGE's Field staff, grew the team from one to three full-time Field Associates, and focused our outreach in six priority states. I deepened state-level partnerships by launching annual state advocacy days, bringing URGE student activists to their state capitol to speak to their legislators about key reproductive justice policies. I planned and managed national conferences, bringing 75 activists to Washington, DC to build skills, network,and visit Capitol Hill.I also standardized curricula and agendas for URGE's weekend-ling trainings, the Reproductive Justice Leadership Institutes and biannual Regional Conferences.
