I’m an extrovert since birth who thrives on empowering people to change their lives. Since I’m a “people person” I was driven to complete my undergrad in Psychology. While along the way exploring criminal justice and business as career paths. At CSUSM, I had the opportunity to meet some wonderful I/O Psych professors that helped mentor me. This led me to a career start in HR/Recruiting.After graduating with my undergrad, I worked for Northrop Grumman (NGC), Aerospace Sector for 19 years with great roles in the areas of Learning and Development, Project Management, Employee Development/Coaching, Diversity and Inclusion Leadership, Program Integration, and Talent Acquisition/New Employee Experience. While working at NGC I was able to complete my MBA at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. But aside from my education and career, I’m a real people person who loves life. I’m a born and raised SoCal woman who loves the beach. I have many hobbies that involve family, friends, music, trivia, karaoke, movies and travel. I volunteer often and enjoy helping people.
