As an Early Social-Emotional Specialist at South Sound Parent to Parent, I lead the CHERISH therapy program for children and families within the child welfare system, especially those with special needs. I am a certified provider of Promoting First Relationships (PFR) and CHERISH, two evidence-based models that enhance the quality of parent-child interactions and promote secure attachment and resilience.With half a decade of experience in early intervention and family therapy, I have developed a strong expertise in trauma-informed, relationship-focused support based on attachment theory and child-parent psychotherapy. My mission is to help children and families heal from adverse experiences and build positive and lasting bonds. I work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to provide holistic and individualized services that address the developmental, social, emotional, and behavioral needs of each child and family.
