I assist Dutch and international clients with various matters in the field of Dutch IT/Technology law. I have a lot of experience in negotiating and drafting contracts in the areas of Cloud based services, software implementation, software and hardware maintenance (including medical equipment), e-commerce and software and IP licences. I am also an experienced litigator and am able to assist in a variety of cases involving challenged IT projects, liability issues, intellectual property rights (including copyright infringement) as well as cases concerning online reputation and unlawful publications (e-reputation, the right to be forgotten).MEMBERSHIPSI have a broad international network in the field of IT Law. I worked for over thirteen years at one of the biggest Dutch law firms, where I had a great time and was able to develop into the professional I am today. After enjoying the opportunity to gain broad experience in the area of commercial contracting and litigation during my first years as a lawyer, I decided to specialize in IT and Technology related cases (contracting, litigation and transactional support).
