Vanuit deze rol draag ik bij aan twee trajecten:- Engagement van (hoger) management bij een traject voor verbeterde samenwerking tussen leidinggevenden op alle niveaus (bijeenkomsten voor directeuren en managers; deep dive in concrete casus)- Interim coördinator van het programma Diversiteit & Inclusie sinds juni 2019 (stroomlijnen van alle activiteiten, engagement van hoger management en onderzoek naar de exit-redenen van jonge medewerkers)

Opzetten van een nieuw onboarding programma voor de ca. 1000 nieuwe medewerkers die jaarlijks instromen bij Rijkswaterstaat.

In this role I managed Lean Six Sigma projects that improve quality and optimize processes for Dutch health care institutions. These project involve employees from all layers of the organization - from the caretakers and professionals to their managers and board of directors. A few examples:>> 18% cost reduction in an elderly care institution - without compromising on quality or service - by restructuring the process and saving on purchase contracts.>> 38% improvement of interdisciplinary collaboration between professional therapists, because of a better alignment of the methods and consultation structure.>> Process-based specifications for the program requirements for the software system of a rehabilitation centre.>> Comprehensive plan for reducing labor costs by 20% through new planning procedures and close monitoring and control of KPIs.In addition to my core tasks as a project manager I helped clients develop organizational strategy and allign operational projects with strategic goals. I was also involved in the training of new Lean Six Sigma Green Belts and Black Belts. My sub-tasks included assisting in sales and marketing, and product development.

In this traineeship I obtained my Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. My role was to guide a project team through a project using the Lean Six Sigma methodology and my tasks included leading project meetings, statistical data analysis, project presentations and reports.By introducing scenario analysis in our company I have helped to expand the portfolio of our services to include organizational strategy in relation to operational projects.
