Interpreting for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Recreational Therapy and the clinics.* Simultaneous interpretation for group classes.•Experience in various modes of interpretation: consecutive, simultaneous, and sight translation•Knowledge of medical terminology and vocabulary.•Experienced with the roles of medical interpreter as conduit, clarifier, cultural broker, and advocate.

Teach the 40 Healthcare Interpreting course at different locations in LA County and Orange county

•Office administrative practices and procedures, including recordkeeping, filing, scheduling hearings, preparing calendars, typing, managing case load, sending legal notices, reserving hearings and managing daily calendar. •Filing confidential materials, rejecting incomplete documents, enter and retrieve documents into the case management system. •Liaison between the court and the public, witness attorneys and litigants. Ensure courtroom safety and integrity. •Required to administer first aid and CPR when needed, trained to evacuate and respond to emergency situations and prepare incident reports.•Able to work in an environment that includes frequent interruptions and simultaneous attention to multiple tasks. Read and understand legal documents.
