I'm leader in operational management , very analytical and focused on results . I'm expert in accounting and Finance .I have experience as Leader in coordinating Support in transitioning and the standardization of F&A processes, with strong knowledge of ERP’s and Tools. I am Leader and coordinate the process and decoupling from LATAM to India. Responsible in the management and revision of the accounting processes with the Managers, RPO’s, Directors and CFO’s to review cost, reconcile variances and identify areas for releasing efficiency across all countries in scope of the activities in my charge. These are some Latin American countries with whom I worked (México, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Venezuela, Ecuador, Brazil and Guatemala). I was working in Roles as F&A, Team Leader, Supervisor, Finance & Operations Manager and R2R Subject Matter Expert.I love to work and créate teams because the experience and the knowledge makes a lot of results for the companies, I don't care who gets credit I just want to obtein the Goals.I always discover opportunities in the operations of the clients to arrange the processes and to propose improvements.I like meeting people with whom I work, whether it's an analyst, manager, Director ,customer etc. I think we always learn something new from the people new ideas for implemented in work or life.
