· Reviews WIP and Tableau daily to ensure that all Initials are worked within SLA.· Reviews Appraisals and sends to borrowers if not already sent. · Reviews all other work items to ensure that disclosures are sent within SLA.· Manages Return Mail to determine course of action. Including but not limited to; Resending Disclosures, Do Not Call requests, NSR requests, Red Flag Escalations, etc. · Manages Customer Mail. Including but not limited to; forwarding the requested docs to our Doc Upload team, Credit Disputes, forwarding to correct departments, etc. · Assists with requests in our Disclosure Desk inbox, from other functions to have docs sent, original docs returned, etc.

Handles communication with customers and performs a variety of functions focused on completing applications for applicants. During that communication proactively sells the loan to the customer along with other benefits. Ensures that all portions of the application are accurate to help identify and then eliminate potential risks for the business. Helps drive applications to completion to increase receivables.

Communicate with customers on loan acquisition calls and help them complete loan applications. Proactively sell the loan, along with other benefits, to the customer. Facilitate components of the credit application process including, but not limited to, identity verification, judgmental review, negotiation of loan terms, applicant agreement of loan offer, and completion of the loan application.
