Being head receptionist at our office, I am in charge of opening the clinic, making sure all front desk tasks are done before patients show up for their appointment, check patients in, out and schedule future appointments for them. Throughout the day I manage all incoming faxes and distribute them accordingly whether that would be downloading them into our Fabers System or printing them out for every provider; I answer all incoming calls, bill patients and enter payment into Eclipse. I also make sure the teal is on at the end of every day, help MA's call in prescriptions, help coworkers with any of their unfinished tasks before the day is over and maintain a clean and presentable front office.

I was the direct point of contact for every patient that came into the office to request medical records as well as all faxes and phone calls that we received from other entities. I am trained in HPF, Epic, Smart Link, eSmartlog and Meditech. I adapt to every work environment and I'm also an exceptional team leader and quick learner.
