As the founder of Wonderfully Made Fit, I have pioneered a personalized one-on-one training system that caters to clients at their preferred locations with minimal equipment. I specialize in conducting comprehensive assessments to identify muscle imbalances and customize fitness programs to meet each client's specific needs.

As a former movement coach, Q-Fit coach, and personal trainer at Quevity, I have extensive experience in training individuals and leading group classes. I am also a certified GoFlo trainer, skilled in creating training sessions using GoFlo equipment and other complementary equipment such as the commander, Axius Stability, Bosu, and TRX Suspension training more. Additionally, I have led Arial Stretch Classes and a Latin dance and fitness class, showcasing my versatility and expertise in various fitness disciplines.
