Distribute and monitor budget across multiple disciplines, shifting when necessary if needing to adapt to a change in timeline or client request, all the while looping in team leads. Work closely monitoring and collaborating with team members across all departments, including Production, Client Services, Strategy, Creative, Performance Marketing and Technology. Supported and managed various tasks to assist the production and client services team, both in administrative efforts and account management. Coordinated projects and presentation details, facilitated and managed account support requests.
