Responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting the Infinity IdP solution for FIS and is used across the Banking & Payments, Capital Markets, and Corporate lines of businesses. FIS’ Infinity IdP is a proprietary asset that is a full-featured identity and access management (IAM) system that supports the industry standards of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect, user management, authentication and authorization services to connected service providers. Infinity IdP also provide Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Inbound SSO, and Rest API services• Organizing, facilitate, track, and monitor various tasks into plans and successfully executing on them.• Work across the lines of business to communicate plans, milestones, risks, and celebrations.• Estimate and monitor project spend to ensure that they are in line with budgets.• Work within FIS’ project management tools to register, update, run reports, and close projects in a timely manner.

• Develops understanding of and defines client products and services through information gathering sessions to determine how FIS systems must be established to meet client needs.• Through data analysis, product mapping and interviews, gathers forms and data files from customer and assesses requirements for software utilization and discusses any software customization requirements with programming team.• Creates data maps and transaction workflow documents showing exactly how every field of information will be converted. Data mapping forms the technical specification for the conversion and, in some cases, may generate code. Shares data maps with programmers, clients and others as appropriate to ensure successful conversion. Refines mapping through validation.• As part of the conversion process, tests customized software against customer specific needs sharing reports and application specific data with customers that reflect how conversion data will be processed. Reviews conversion results (reports, balancing, data load, software changes) with client to refine and confirm requirements. Obtains formal customer acceptance of results.• Examines client processes, forms and reports, determines operational needs and documents what software will do and all related processes, forms, reports, etc. to be used after conversion is complete• Assist new and existing colleagues with access to the FOS systems and designated subject matter expert (SME) for SNOW.

• Solved over 120 monthly cases, through the training and the solution of complex tickets associated to the malfunctioning of the electromechanics equipment, errors in software applications and wrong users’ training. • Documented the solution of 50 successful cases, preparing detailed manuals of the step by step process to the incidents’ solution, having into account the technical, functional and normative knowledge of the loans, accomplishing in advance the 2019 defined goal of 3 cases per month.• Achieved a score of 4.9 in the closure service survey, given my excellent communication skills, opportunity and management in each case. As well as the assessment of the recommendations of corrective and preventive actions, provided to customers.• Generated more than 70 cases in the test’s environment, in order to identify the detected errors and perform the tests for the solution, that taking into account the client’s application and systems through 2019.• Trained more than 100 clients and teams in the installment, operation, maintenance or application of the product

• Managed more than 1,750 payment agreements and 200 credit amendments, achieving 100% in the decreasing account receivable’s goals for two consecutive years.• Prepared and sent 100% of the verbal and written correspondence on the status of the overdue accounts in order to ensure the notification and initiation of administrative and legal processes for the normalization of the client's financial status.

• Responsible of tracking, creating and sending the daily overdraft’s report to the financial entities for the interest charge process, answering inquiries regarding the bank statements sent to the users and to the banks’ account manager.

• Achieved closing and approval of 25 credits, verifying all the documentation and conditions necessary for the approval of the properties’ refinancing, according to federal regulations of loans, processing for MHA, conventional, FHA, FNMA and FHLMC and to the mortgage guidelines provided by BOA.• Managed a portfolio of more than 40 monthly loans and I was the direct contact with clients for the resolution of property ownership problems and loans closing.
