I am a native of Guayaquil, Ecuador, where I obtained my first law degree at Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil School of Law. My knowledge and experience in civil code jurisdictions has allowed me to better serve the needs of my clients and to resolve issues involving international disputes. I also have a law degree from Nova Southeastern University where I graduated cum laude. I served as the Notes & Comments Editor of the Nova Law Review. I had the privilege to receive the Book Award in Legal Writing and was the recipient of the Merit Scholarship Award for high academic achievement. I have an undergraduate degree in criminal justice from Miami Dade College where I started my career in the United States.I truly enjoy serving the community by being involved in several pro bono cases with the local Legal Aid programs as well as volunteering with different local organizations whenever I can.I have a beautiful daughter, an amazing husband, and the most wonderful and loving pup, Cloe.
