Create, propose and execute tactical sales strategies for the acquisition, loyalty and retention of the current subscriber, executing them under a profitable framework for the area.Coordination and implementation of the mass media launch campaign, (Press, Radio and Television) Trade marketing and merchandising of the entire campaign to attract new subscribers, as well as internal campaigns for both Sales and Call Center. Take part in the development of Business Intelligence projects (Systems, Call Center and Web), which help to achieve sales objectivesReports to the Business Unit Management, Subscription Management and the Corporate Image Headquarters.Achievements obtained• Fruitful negotiations with important companies, achieving strategic alliances that lead to a win-win benefit development.• Execution of attractive and profitable recruitment campaigns for the area, achieving the goal of 50,000 subscriptions before the end of 2005.• Maintenance and increase of the current portfolio of subscribers, executing mechanisms and tools that translate into retention elements for the added value perceived by customers.
