Director, Hr Business Partner
CurrentStrategic HR support to four C-suite executives and their respective business units. Collaborate with leaders to align human capital needs with the business strategy by taking a hands-on strategic approach to providing expertise in the areas of business unit restructures/change management, workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, career development, performance management, and compensation. Serve as the primary HR interface for year-end and off-cycle compensation and promotional reviews, as well as any one-off compensation matters that may emanate from the business. Partner with the Compensation Department on pricing and evaluating roles. Provide analysis and consulting to managers in order to make data-driven talent decisions. Partner with leaders on employee engagement using data to identify factors that drive performance, commitment, and intent to stay; partner with leaders to develop plans in support of improving engagement.Play an active role in guiding leaders through ongoing talent review and succession planning activities.Resolve employee relations issues by investigating complaints or concerns and recommending solutions.Coach and advise leaders on key people matters including team and individual development, culture, organizational design, etc. Participate as a member of project teams on enterprise-wide organizational HR initiatives.
