Working with the startup company Lime Drop Bar has been challenging and fulfilling. As an assistant, I wear many hats. I began by fulfilling up to 50 online orders weekly and communicating with customers about their order status. As the business grows, I now respond to hundreds of order inquiries. To maximize my time, I created templates that could be easily customized to correspond to different inquires.

I work with Something Sweet Photography during the holiday season (October - December). My overall task is to keep the photographer on schedule. On a busy day, there can be up to fifteen sessions booked consecutively. I am in constant communication with clients to confirm their arrival and brief them on the photoshoot process. During the shoot, I assist the photographer by fixing lighting, staging props, and catering to the client's needs.

During my time at Sears, I worked at the Customer Service Desk. When the store hired seasonal employees, I was allowed to train. I took on a group of three employees and taught them to operate the cash register. I taught them how to accept coupons, check for counterfeit bills, and process credit card applications.
