In Styrmand, my colleagues and I work with handling privacy and information security. I also work as project and change manager, and I have extensive experience in program-, project- and change mgmt from large and complex programs, both IT-system related and within organizational change. Project- and change management are the areas where I am at my best, but I also have broad experience from training, deployment and implementation of IT systems in general and ERP systems in particular. I have held key roles in major projects in both the private and public sectors and industries ranging from health, criminal care, public transportation, oil & gas, and telecom, to media and PR. I have worked in and towards Asia, USA, South America, Europe and Russia. My international background has given me great communication skills, both in written an oral, especially in English (American and British) and German in addition to my native tongue Norwegian. I have extensive experience working with strategy, planning and budgeting, and have worked as top manager (project and HR) and towards top management in most of my career. I have had responsibility for project management, strategy, and internal and external communication activities, and in many cases been 'the link' between business and development (IT) departments. I speak both "business" and "IT".I have primarily worked with top and middle management, but also closely and hands-on with end-users. I know the importance of cultural understanding. My coworkers see me as structured and thorough, and I always strive to do the best possible job. I am considered attentive and sociable, and people rely on me.
