My role at Grizzly Riga Advertising agency encompassed two primary areas: enhancing team expertise with new digital tools and practices, and managing digital projects for clients by aligning their needs with the agency's resources.In terms of team management:- Led the transition to Asana as the primary workload management platform, replacing outdated communication tools.- Implemented agile (scrum) practices, enhancing team efficiency within the agency's daily operations.- Facilitated the shift from local storage (FTP/OwnCloud) to cloud storage (Google Drive), establishing efficient usage protocols to prevent data loss.- Developed a low-cost digital marketing reporting system utilizing Supermetrics, Google Spreadsheet, and Google Slides, significantly reducing reporting time and enhancing team efficiency.- Contributed to creative projects, providing insights on optimal formats, lengths, and calls to action for digital media.- Conducted workshops for the creative team on various topics, including ad cultivation, effective banner design, and utilization of AI tools.Regarding client projects:- Collaborated closely with clients using different project methodologies and management software, such as Asana, Jira, Trello, Scoro, and Monday.-Participated in retrospectives and assisted in setting new goals for upcoming terms.- Managed numerous digital projects, including digital campaigns and the creation of landing page functionality for client homepages.- Led the creation or enhancement of homepages, primarily WordPress-based, ensuring compliance with new EU data management rules, particularly in highly regulated industries like pharmacy.- Worked on various SEO projects using Ahrefs as a tool, managing goals, reports, and communication with the content production team.- Clients ranged from pharmacy industries to telecommunications.
