Designed the first formalized career design specialist onboarding process used for fulltime new hires and statewide career champions taking on career coaching responsibilities for their local region.2. Currently leading the development and creation process of the first ever institutional career data dashboard to provide internal stakeholders (such as AVPs, DOS etc.) with value historical career data to inform local career initiatives and progress.3. Taught 3 semesters of USU's career exploration course (formerly USU 1220, now USU 1400) remotely to Aggies scattered across the state of Utah to empower students with the knowledge of design thinking principles allowing them to make good career and life decisions. Served as the head instructor for a fall 2022 course overseeing 80+ students and 6 supporting group instructors.4.
