Throughout this internship, I was able to gain an understanding of all aspects of the real estate process. I worked closely with my supervisor, Broker/Owner of Southern Exclusive Realty, and accompanied her as she attended house showings, listing appointments, meetings with inspectors, title companies, etc. I assisted my supervisor in completing market research and comparison sale studies for clients, entering information into multiple databases, and writing descriptions for listings. I also created marketing and promotional content while in office and observed all things that happened behind the scenes. This internship was extremely insightful, I gained so much more knowledge on real estate as a whole.
