Management of 10-15 commercial retail and restaurant projects concurrently – ground up construction and interior build-outs – including leading an internal project team and coordination of consultants from schematic design through completion of construction-Manage client and team project coordination and communication, acting as the main point of contact - including leading weekly calls and maintaining project status reports-Preparation and submittal of project proposals, change orders and additional service fees. -Review of consultant invoices-Monitor and manage project budgets and schedules to assure completion of critical tasks needed to meet client-timing and budget objectives-Architectural space programming, test fit layouts, schematic design, production of construction documents, code compliance checks and quality control, development of construction details, and project specifications-Maintain client prototypes and design change logs-Submit for permit, track permit process and project timelines- Issue documents for bid, hold pre-bid conferences and clarification calls, and provide responses to RFIs- Assist in the design control & construction administration phase and project close-out- Perform site surveys, site visits, and punch walks - Mentor and develop project team members – unstructured
