As the Director of Development and Communications at Diabetes Youth Families (DYF), I lead a team of passionate and dedicated professionals who raise funds and promote the mission of the organization, which is to empower children and families living with type 1 diabetes. With over six years of experience in development and communications at DYF, I have successfully managed and grown donor relationships, secured grants and sponsorships, implemented strategic campaigns and events, and crafted the voice of the organization. I regularly rely on my theater training to lead with empathy, creativity, and strong communication skills. I am passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children, and I am always eager to learn new skills and collaborate with others who share this vision.
