I am a consultant with a results-driven approach and a focus on writing and on the implementation of special projects. As a college professor and writing instructor with over 15 years experience in classrooms and behind the walls at Essex County Correctional Facility, I bring technical and adaptive skills to the table. I am a published writer with strong communication skills, both oral and written, in addition to exemplary leadership and management talents. I have extensive experience working under pressure, particularly as a Director of COVID Response Operations. I'm flexible and creative with a natural and genuine ability to foster relationships. I've managed over 6 million dollars in CARES funding, received multiple awards for my part in navigating safety and functionality during the global pandemic, recently co-published a novel on the possibility of change, grace and hope for folks in recovery and exiting the prison system.
