Serves as the Real Property Lister for Douglas County as well as a Parcel Editor. Responsible for daily property transfers, lottery credits, address changes, entering assessor values, and property tax bill calculating and printing.

Responsible for editing parcels within the Douglas County's fabric by checking legal descriptions, Certified Survey Maps, Maps of Surveys, Plats, and the original deeds. I transitioned into this position from my internship upon completing my degree.

Communicates with the main Douglas County Parcel Editor and the County Surveyor. Assisting with the Land Records Modernization plan for the county. Updated maps for the City of Superior Fire.

• Supervise Yellowjacket Union facility in absence of professional staff to assure effective operation by identifying and resolving immediate operation issues in building.
• Monitor service, safety, and security of student union by walking rounds, responding to issues, and completing reports.
• Execute emergency procedures in absence of professional staff such as building evacuations, severe weather, or medical emergencies.
• Provide assistance to building users and non-university organizations with event support and technology support.
• Execute technology setups for all building events and meetings
• Assist custodial staff in executing event setups and maintaining a clean facility.

• Serve as a resource, peer adviser, and mentor to residents of assigned floor and building.
• Assist in creating a positive environment and facilitate healthy relationships among residents.
• Have one on one interaction with residents.
• Plan programs and activities that expose students to gain practical life skills, demonstrate academic success, become inter-culturally aware, exhibit socially responsible behavior, and integrate life and academic.
• Make students aware of the rights and responsibilities they share within the floor and hall community.
• Confront and document inappropriate behavior in an assertive and responsible manner.
