As the HR Operations Intern, I assist the department in running background checks, request and process I9/Fingerprinting, review all of offer/termination letters, consult associates on benefit and compensation inquiries, utilize Workday functionality, process tuition reimbursements, and assist the department with special projects.

At Culver's, I was a lead employee from age 14-17 and at 18 I received a promotion as store manager. Since becoming a manager, I have transferred restaurants from my original restaurant to the busiest Culver's in Waukesha, WI. As a manger, I conduct 90-day and annual employee reviews, schedule team members, train new staff, conduct labor percent of sales reports, handle large monetary deposits, run the day-to-day operations of the store, review application submissions, lead team meetings, hold entry and exit interviews, enforce disciplinary action when applicable, and facilitate extraordinary customer service.

My role at GI Associates included creating and updating job descriptions, posting available openings to job search websites, reviewing application submissions, assisting with open enrollment, registering/renewing employees ABR-OE certifications, and ran special project meetings with the board of directors.
