I believe in servant leadership and helping others achieve their goals. Like a bulldozer I help remove obstacles to my team's success. I currently lead a team in customer service and backoffice for Discover products. In addition I work on company wide projects. Current projects I am working on involve agent progression to level 2 roles, promoting employee relation groups and volunteerism within our organization, and increasing usage of a newer application for customer servicing. My team has helped to reduce operational risk and defects through tracking, coaching, upward feedback, and recognition. I have worked in billing disputes, customer complaints, escalation of customer service inquiries, and agent training. Before working at Discover I worked in restaurant management where I ordered, tracked and forecasted inventory, scheduled employees, and managed a team. Currently I am pursuing my masters degree in Business Management with a specialty in Management Information Systems.
