CurrentAccept funding documents for the division in Integrated Business, Planning, and Execution System (IBPES) by reviewing the shell created by Comptroller in IBPES and use funding document information including Statement of Work (SOW) from Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to update the documents.Update the funding tracker log for the division by adding each new accepted funding document data from IBPES and record any new created Network Activities (NWA) to the corresponding document in the log.Update the program Financial Tracker each week to reflect current document balances by adding new funding documents to the tracker as they were received, add any new NWAs created, track obligations and expenditures versus planned, reflect any procurement purchases/fees to balance, and update labor/non-labor transactions to pivot tables.Update Cost of Doing Service NWA Tracker weekly with new labor expenses and any new CODS NWAs that needed to be added. Validate budget estimates for the project by reviewing funds for Work for Others and Direct funds to be expected for Reimbursable and Direct Cite that have not been received.Prepare an Undistributed Labor Transactions (UDL) report in ERP to catch any errors of labor not being posted to the NWA.Complete Labor Cost Transfer (LCT) form for submission and correct the timecard with the new NWA in ERP based on the changes that needed to be made. Review Property Management Contracts (PMC), Facility Service Repair Maintenance (FSRM), WorkAcceptance/Divestment Task (WADT), Funds Transfer (CRA), Overhead Error reports to see if there are any division errors that need to be corrected.Create Service Call Center (SCC) NWAs in ERP and submit the NWA in Schedule, Cost, Operations, Planning, and Execution (SCOPE).Submit incremental funding requests in IBPES.Validate labor transaction information in Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) to update CODS tracker to be able to effectively distribute appropriate timecard NWAs to division staff.
