• Recruit and Manage Volunteers through Relationship Building: Identify volunteers’ interests and goals and keep them engaged in an ongoing way. Deploy and manage volunteers at events, track volunteer data, connect volunteers to staff and opportunities for growth. • Outreach and Education: Strategically plan, staff, and evaluate a diverse range of outreach events to raise awareness of Nashville’s Greenways System and grow a diverse Greenways for Nashville support base; serve as a Greenways for Nashville spokesperson as needed. • Project Management: Drive and track progress of the creation of individual greenway maps with design firms while staying on budget and delivering final products on time (or early!). • Special Event Planning and Support: Assist with planning and staffing two annual fundraisers with 450+ attendees each that together bring $400,000+ in donations. Launched a consistently sold-out event series to reach supporters in a casual, no-cost barrier format. • Donor Acknowledgements and Office Administration

• Client-Centered Casework: Directly supported 100+ survivors of sexual violence with navigating the criminal and civil justice systems, understanding their rights and options, elevating their voice and choices, and connecting to resources. • Assisted Cleveland Police Department with the testing of 1,050+ backlogged cold case sexual assault kits and contributed to the best practice guidelines for re-engaging cold case survivors using a trauma-informed framework with equity at its center. • Relationship Building to Further Mission: Created and strengthened relationships between CRCC, community partners, and the diverse communities served by CRCC to raise awareness of services, build the trust needed to utilize these services, and improve collaborative service delivery. Facilitated Trainings internally and externally on a broad range of topics (from Title IX procedures to Trauma 101), onboarded new staff members and provided ongoing staff development, and assisted hiring committees with candidate interviews. • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council Member: Co-planned and facilitated ongoing internal training for staff on a variety of topics (intersectionality, anti-racism, implicit bias, microaggressions, safe space training, and more), including an all-day anti-racism training for 80+ staff members.• Supported Students and Connected to CRCC Resources at 9 colleges and universities. Outreach & Education: Collaborated with campus and community stakeholders to facilitate sexual violence awareness and prevention trainings to diverse audiences ranging from small groups of service industry workers to auditoriums of 600+ incoming college freshmen. • Volunteer Recruitment & Training: Recruited volunteers at outreach events, facilitated CRCC’s Ambassador Program Training for volunteers, and worked alongside volunteers in delivering CRCC programming.
