I possess a strong work ethic, I am success driven, coachable, and motivated. I get tasks done efficiently, effectively, and sometimes unable to be satisfied; finding ways that I can do better. I have been coached and mentored all my life. My role on many teams has been strong leadership, sharing my experiences, thoughts and what I have learned to improve culture. I have personally seen how “hard work beats talent when talent fails to work hard”. With this I have won various awards and I am so grateful to have those experiences. I was chosen to speak at my college’s groundbreaking event in front of various donors, and chosen to represent my teams on the South Atlantic Conference student athlete Advisory Board. I would like to say I have made an impact in every position. I have made a difference in each organization by effectively working with a team. I am also very outgoing, confident and creative, I was a part of the business administration team where my capstone was presented to the president, department chair and various professors in the business department.
