Oversees Oklahoma State Capitol Tour program providing quality tours to guests of all ages. Manages a team of talented docents, organizes and coordinates programming and scheduling.

The Director of Public Events focuses on planning and executing a wide variety of free and fee-based special events and programs to drive year-around attendance to help make the Gardens a vibrant and fun enjoyable community site. Festivals and events include highly engaging and diverse mix of recreational, seasonal, cultural and market/vendor activities for all in the community. Achieved "Program Excellence Award" for the Myriad Botanical Gardens annual "Children's Garden Festival". This American Public Gardens Association prestigious award is received by two gardens annually.

Working creatively to develop exhibits inside the temporary and permanent galleries of the Gaylord-Pickens Museum that interest visitors of all generations. Develop education programming that reinforces Oklahoma History and other relevant education lessons. Creating and implementing a strategic/institutional plan for the Museum. Leading, hiring and training all part-time Admissions and Museum Store staff, to ensure they are well-versed in daily events and able to assist guests at all times. Working with the Events and Facilities departments to host internal and donor related events held on the grounds of the Museum.

During Raglin's residency program at the Skirvin Hilton Hotel, Raglin created a new body of collage work and oversaw Cut & Paste OK where guests of the Skirvin Hilton made their own handmade collage postcard using vintage imagery. Over 600 postcards were created during her residency and document here: www.cutpasteok.com. Raglin lead diverse workshops while working as a Spotlight Artist for Momentum OK in March 2018 and on her solo exhibition at Mainsite Contemporary in June 2018.
