As a heath care educator, provide high quality instruction to students to prepare working in an acute care setting. Prepared syllabi, course materials, hand-outs, homework assignments and developed tests and performed high stakes testing to check for competence. Created and managed curriculum to enrich student learning using evidence-based guidelines or recommendation for care. Incorporated critical thinking strategies to improve problem solving abilities through demonstration, lab exercises, and stimulation scenarios. Collaborated with community partners and CNM's employees to improve student learning experiences, organizational excellence, and community success.
