Recruiting efforts focused around attracting top IT talent that includes Application Developers and Architects (.NET, Java, Web, SQL, Oracle, Mainframe, etc.), Database Architects, Data Warehouse consultants (Informatica, DataStage, etc.), Project/Program Managers, Business Analysts and QA Analysts/Testers. Infrastructure skill sets such as Desktop/Helpdesk Support, Network/System Administrators and Security professionals.

Work with Account Managers, Recruiters, and National Account Directors to drive national delivery efforts. Identify gaps in supply and demand for applications skill sets and develop a recruiting strategy to better meet the needs of our clients nationally.Mentor field recruiters on best practices for recruiting high level skill sets within region including project managers, application developers, business analysts, quality assurance analysts, and data warehouse professionals.Develop and maintain relationships with sub-vendors to assist with the delivery of niche skill sets for the region.
