I currently work between Bridgeport Hospital and their Milford Hospital campus.My daily responsibilities include providing general nutrition care for patients within a clinical setting. Primary duties and responsibilities also include executing the Nutrition Care Process, providing evidence-based nutrition counseling and training to meet basic clinical needs, and promoting disease management.

I am working as a professional research team member who is involved in the recruiting, consents, and coordination of research study visits, data collection, and data entry for research projects related to the Bright Bodies healthy lifestyle program through Yale University. My role also involves writing and updating institutional review board (IRB) study protocols and standard operating procedures (SOP) with guidance from the Principal Investigator.In addition, I assist with the Bright Bodies program coordination and delivery of the nutrition/behavior modification classes to participants ages 7-16 years old. These classes are held in-person as well as virtually. The nutrition education component consists of emphasizing better food choices and appropriate portion sizes for long-term results. The program also contains a component on overeating triggers and how to cope with these triggers.

As a Team Leader, I was responsible for the overall operation, performance, and management of the audit operations for all staff and members within the assigned US audit team. Essential duties and responsibilities included, but were not limited to, member service and operations such as responding to member inquiries, disputes, and challenges, as well as ensuring the audit team achieved even workflow and adhered to the company's quality standards. Staff responsibilities included interviewing, hiring, and providing proper training on new initiatives, procedures, and policies, while maintaining trained and motivated staff through consistent mentoring and performance management. In addition, as Team Leader, I would conduct yearly performance reviews, while also providing regular feedback to all audit team staff.

As a BPA Senior Media Auditor, I was responsible for validating the media reach and audience data that influences millions of dollars in advertising spend. Media buyers rely on BPA reports to plan their media budgets across multiple media channels, including: magazines, newspapers, digital publications, websites, social media, email newsletters, etc. Publishers rely on BPA reports to add credibility and trust to their brands. I was responsible for authenticating the media owner's distribution and audience claims. This included verifying media production, media distribution, and audience profiles. My key responsibilities included coordinating and executing media audits, building relationships with BPA customers based on integrity and trust, and work within a team environment to achieve personal, team, and corporate goals.In addition to my media roles, I was also involved in the interviewing and hiring process of auditors, as well as mentoring and training them.
